When all our information and the processing there of moves out of our own cellars into the enterprise of some cloud entity, we will see a rise of new nations. These nations are at the start likely to have names like Google.com, Amazon.com and so on. However our physical nations will also be transformed into something new manifested as Nations in the virtuality of the Internet globe.
- How do we enforce our jurisdiction on information that has lost it’s place?
- How do we guard borders that have no where, just an ever changing when?
- How do we influence “our” citizens when they are in fact supercitizens of the cloud nations?
